About the Founder
Sis. Kellie Stewart, a.k.a. Servant
Kellie began her Christian journey in July 1997 at Mt. Pisgah Missionary Baptist Church in Dayton, Ohio, under the pastorate of the late Willie L. Rowland. In 2003, she joined the teaching ministry for teen girls and boys. In February 2006, she became a member of Greater St. John Missionary Baptist Church in Dayton, Ohio, under the pastorate of Pastor Emeritus Lloyd D. Hayes, where she continued serving in the teaching ministry. Over the years, the resources and biblical instruction she received there led her into deeper study, strengthening her relationship with Christ and giving her greater clarity as she continued her walk of faith.
Kellie has spoken at women's events and worship services, where she is known for being direct, grounded in Scripture, and unapologetic about what she believes. In 2026, she published her first book, Preach, Woman, Preach…or NOT. The book takes a thoughtful and spiritually guided look at what God's Word says about women preaching, while also addressing character, conduct, and appearance according to biblical principles. Its purpose is not to tear down, but to build up for the sake of God's Kingdom. As a disciple first, Kellie herself was deeply challenged and shaped by what this study revealed through Scripture.
Kellie has written and directed several Easter and Christmas plays, served in the choir as both a member and director, and taught teens, teen girls, and women. God has also continued to use her by allowing her to lead a Women's Study Group (WSG), where she shares how she studies the Bible and introduces resources that support meaningful personal study and spiritual growth.
She values gathering with women for fellowship, mutual encouragement, and learning how to live as the family God has called us to be.
Kellie continues to live and share the testimony that whatever it takes to remain in a right relationship with God is worth pursuing. Her desire is to keep growing in Christ, drawing closer to Him, and encouraging other women to do the same through the truth of His Word.
What we stand for
She is clothed in strength and dignity
Modesty is not a rule imposed from outside — it is a conviction worn from within. The conservative woman understands that how she presents herself is an act of worship. She does not dress to be seen by the world. She dresses to honor the God who made her.
She anchors herself in the Word
Every position this movement holds is rooted in scripture. Not in cultural comfort, not in what is popular, not in what earns approval. The Bible is not a suggestion. It is the foundation. When the culture shifts, we maintain our footing on the foundations of Christ.
She refuses to follow everchanging culture
The world tells women to be loud, to be seen, to be provocative. The conservative woman is countercultural — not because she is timid, but because she is certain. She does not need the world's validation. She has already been declared holy and acceptable.
She builds, she does not tear down
Godly conduct is not passive. It is active, purposeful, and constructive. The conservative woman speaks with grace, acts with intention, and refuses to participate in the degradation of womanhood that the culture celebrates. She is building something that lasts.
What we hold
Scripture over sentiment
Feelings are real, but they are not authoritative. When scripture and sentiment conflict, we return to the Word. This is not harshness — it is the most loving thing we can offer one another.
Conviction over comfort
Standing apart is uncomfortable. We do it anyway. The conservative woman is not looking for the path of least resistance. She is looking for the path of most faithfulness.
Holiness over approval
We are not trying to be liked by the culture. We are trying to be pleasing to God. Those two goals are often in direct conflict. We have made our choice.
What we stand on
Faith
Everything begins here. A woman rooted in scripture stands firm when the world demands she bend. Faith is not a feeling — it is a foundation.
Modesty
Modesty is the outward expression of an inward conviction. It is not about hiding — it is about honoring the body God gave you.
Conduct
How you carry yourself in every room, every conversation, every season of life — that is your testimony. Conduct is character made visible.
Beauty
True beauty does not chase trends. It is cultivated in quiet, expressed in grace, and recognized by those who know what they are looking for.
This invitation begins with a simple refusal — to NOT concede to culture standards and platforms and make them applicable to the Woman of God
The Conservative Woman is for women who have grown tired of watching the church quietly accommodate the culture. Who has watched modesty become a punchline. Who has seen godly conduct dismissed as outdated or invaluable. Who understands the Proverbs 31 woman and decided that God's Ways are not embarrassments to be explained away — they are blueprints to follow.
We are not a reaction to the culture. We are a return to something wiser and more certain than the culture. We are women who have read the Word, believe it, and decided to build our lives on it — regardless of what the world thinks. The Bible study notes, the articles, the community — all of it exists to draw women closer to God and equip them to stand.
